Boys 17 | June 22-28 | Amherst, N.Y.

The USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 17 National Festival is taking place June 22-28, 2023 at The Northtown Center at Amherst in Amherst, New York, during the USA Hockey-BioSteel Player Development Camps. This camp is comprised of male players who are registered USA Hockey players (2022-23) and born in the year 2006. 

The Boys 17 Festival is a District team-based tournament format, but the priority is still to improve and showcase the players participating. Players will experience a competitive, age-specific environment with on-ice training (drills, small area games, competitions, etc.) and off-ice training (strength & conditioning, team building, mental skills, nutrition, classroom, etc.)

Players from the USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 17 Festival will be evaluated and chosen to attend the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Camp which will take place July 20-24, 2023 at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan. Those chosen from the Hlinka Camp will play for the U.S. Under-18 Select Team during international competition, the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Tournament in August 1-6, 2023 in Czechia and Slovakia.

Boys 16 | July 7-13 | Amherst, N.Y.

The USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 16 Player Development Camp will take place July 7-13, 2023 at The Northtown Center at Amherst in Amherst, New York. This camp is comprised of male players who are registered USA Hockey players (2022-23) and born in the year 2007. 

The players will experience a competitive, age-specific environment with on-ice training (drills, small area games, competitions, etc.) and off-ice training (strength & conditioning, team building, mental skills, nutrition, classroom, etc.) The Boys 16 Camp format at this camp creates an extremely competitive atmosphere with a grueling week of training and competition meant to improve and showcase our players but it is not a tournament. 

Players from the USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 16 Camp will be evaluated and chosen to play for the Under-17 Select Team playing in an international competition, the Five Nations Tournament, which takes place in August 2023 in Czechia.

The USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 15 Player Development Camp will take place July 15-20, 2023, at The Northtown Center at Amherst in Amherst, New York. The USA Hockey-BioSteel Boys 15 Goaltending Camp will take place July 12-15, 2023. This camp is comprised of male players who are registered USA Hockey players (2022-23) and born in the year 2008.

The players will experience a competitive, age-specific environment with on-ice training (drills, small area games, competitions, etc.) and off-ice training (strength & conditioning, team building, mental skills, nutrition, classroom, etc.) The Boys 15 Camp format at this camp creates an extremely competitive atmosphere with a grueling week of training and competition meant to improve and showcase our players but it is not a tournament.
