MAHA provides a program that allows players that are currently on Tier III "B or BB" teams to also dual roster on tournament teams. It began during the 2013 - 2014 season, with a few teams taking advantage of the program.  We think that this program offers more opportunities for Tier III "B & BB" players to play with their friends or test their skills against a higher level competition in a tournament setting.
