-Parents can send messages to the team manager using the mobile app

Text Your Entire Team

Team Managers- did you know that you can send a text to your whole team from your team website?
Send a Message to Your Team
Send an Email or Text (SMS) Message to your team from the SportsEngine Mobile App or Team Center.
Have your team members enable text messages to receive your message on their mobile devices.
Send a Message from the Mobile App
1. Open the SportsEngine App and log in
2. Tap the Teams tab
3. Select the team to message
4. Tap Messages
6. Tap the + (plus sign)
7. Select the recipients in the "To" field. Choose All Players and Staff to send the message to the entire roster.
8. Type the message and tap Send (arrow in top right corner)

You can also chat with your entire team from the Chat tab of the mobile app.

Team Calendars

              Tagging is very important!

CALENDAR TAGS ARE FILTERS USED BY WEBSITE VISITORS TO TARGET INFORMATION THEY WOULD LIKE TO VIEW IN THE CALENDAR. CYH WEBSITE CONTENT PUBLISHERS (E.G., TEAM MANAGERS/COACHES) MARK CALENDAR EVENTS WITH “TAGS” TO TARGET SPECIFIC AUDIENCES (E.G.: HOUSE, PLAYERS, COACHES, ETC.). USING THE “SHOW TAGS” DROPDOWN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN (IMMEDIATELY UNDER THE “CURRENTLY SELECTED TAG(S)” GRAY BOX) YOU CAN SEE ALL OF THE TAGS THAT ARE AVAILABLE. CHECK AND UNCHECK “TAGS” TO DYNAMICALLY DISPLAY EVENT DATA FOR TEAMS AND LEVELS WITHOUT REFRESHING THE PAGE. SELECTING ALL OF THE TAGS WILL POPULATE THE CALENDAR WITH ALL CALENDAR EVENTS POSTED TO THE CYH WEBSITE.
