Cell phones and other mobile devices with recording capabilities, which includes voice recording, still cameras, and video cameras, increase the risk for some forms of abuse or misconduct. As a result, the use of any device’s recording capabilities in the locker rooms, changing areas, or similar spaces at a Facility is prohibited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, exceptions may be made for media and championship celebrations, provided that such exceptions are approved by the Member Program, two or more Applicable Adults are present, and where all persons in the locker room are appropriately dressed and have been advised that photographs or recordings are being taken.

Cell phones and other mobile devices with recording capabilities, including voice recording, still cameras, and video cameras, are not permitted to be used in the locker rooms. Most cell phones have a camera and there is a risk of inappropriate photos being taken and possibly being posted on the web. No cell phone usage is allowed in any locker room. Parents are also required to abide by this rule and asked to step outside the locker room to use their cell phones. If phones or other mobile devices must be used, they must be taken outside of the locker room. It is permissible to have a team staff member collect phones. It is acceptable to take photographs or recordings in a locker room in such unique circumstances as a victory celebration, team party, etc., where all persons in the locker room are appropriately dressed and have been advised that photographs or recordings are being taken.
