10.6 Member organizations are required to electronically submit copies of game score sheets where their players or coaches received a fighting major or match penalty to the HPHL Office with 48 hours of the game completion.

Compuware Youth Hockey team managers need to forward the game sheet to Bob DeSpirt who will forward to the HPHL office.
