To report an alleged violation, complete the Ethics Violation Reporting Form. 
Any violation of the Code should be reported to the Compuware Youth Hockey SafeSport Coordinator.
Any violation of the Code will be addressed via the process in USA Hockey By-Law 10 and referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency AND/or MAHA/USA Hockey as appropriate.
